Despite whatever improvement I made regarding my sleeping habits, I just couldn't keep it up. Once again, I've fallen into the routine of going to sleep late and waking up late. It does help that I have a class at 12:30 in the afternoon. But, given my "8 hours of sleep" rule, this still permits me to go to sleep at 2:30 a.m.
My plan to fix this is simple: go to sleep earlier. This ingenious plan of mine requires no thought, just willpower (which usually loses its battle to the internet). Midnight seems like a reasonable goal to reach for, so that's what I'm going to try to do from now on.
